* Only the authorized agencies can apply for Iran Tourist Visa. all nationalities can apply for Iran Tourist Visa except Israeli passport holders.

 

Iran tourist visa is valid for 3 months and travelers can stay in Iran for 15 to 30 days depending on the type of visa they receive. Of course, this period can be extended by 60 to 90 days if the police office of foreign nationals agrees.

 

* To apply for all types of visas, your passport should have at least 6 months of validity, beyond your actual travel date.

 

* The validity duration of this code for receiving your Iran Tourist visa fee is one month since the issuance time. Then you have three months’ time to enter Iran. And the important point is that exiting Iran must be done before the expiration of this three months validity.

It is important to mention that all nationalities except the nationals of 9 countries, America, England, Canada, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Bangladesh, Colombia, and Jordan can receive Iran airport visas. In addition, Iraqi citizens can only get visas from Mashhad airport.

  • The presence of the visa applicant and its original passport with a validity of at least 6 months and without any damage or objection when obtaining a visa is required.
  • Original and a copy of travel insurance, the insurance is mandatory for all foreign nationals to enter Iran (issuance of this insurance policy is also possible at the airport)
  • Having the confirmation form from the electronic visa system is necessary, which is sent to the applicant’s email after agreeing to issue the visa.
  • Due to the fact that foreign bank cards are not used in the country, travelers need cash in one of the foreign currencies: preferably Euros to pay for visa fees.

Please note that the visa exemption policy only applies to travelers who enter Iran directly from their country of citizenship. If they enter Iran from another country, they must apply for an Iran visa through the Iranian consulate in that country.
